The Terms of Use govern your use and access of the Website and the use of its Services. By accessing our Website and/or using the Services contained herein, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure area within the school’s Website and use of its Service are restricted to Parents and/or Guardians of Aquinas Students ONLY. You should not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to such parts of the Platform or to any of its protected information by any means unless you are an Aquinas student, parent or guardian.

For New Student Enrollees please access the Enroll Now button first for proper registration into our system before accessing any other protected or secure areas of the Website. The Online Payment button are accessible for parents, guardians or students who are currently enrolled in Aquinas for the current school year.

If you are below 18 years old, you must obtain consent from your parents or legal guardian, for their acceptance of the terms of use of this Website and that they agree to take full responsibility for the following: (1) your actions; (2) any charges associated with your improper use of any of the Services of this Website; (3) your acceptance and compliance with the Terms of Use. If you do not have the consent from your parents or guardian, you must not access or use this Website.

  1. Definition and Interpretation

    The definitions and provisions in respect of interpretation as set forth herein will apply as Terms of Use.

  2. Access to Website and General Use of Services

    The Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning reserves the right to revise the guidelines, notices, rules and policies as well as instructions and processes of the Website and any of its Parts and Services, at any time and users are deemed to be aware of and be bound by any changes to the foregoing upon publication on the Website.

    You agree to comply with any and all guidelines, notices, rules, policies as well as instructions and processes pertaining to the use of the Services and access to the Website.

    1. Impersonate any student or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any student of The Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning;
    2. Use the Website for illegal purpose;
    3. Post, promote or transmit through the Website or any of its Parts or Services any Prohibited Materials;
    4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or otherwise interfere or disrupt the computer systems or networks connected to the Website or any of its Parts or Services;
    5. Use or upload, in any way, any software or material that are suspected to contain viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Website’s data or damage or interfere with the operation of another user’s computer or device or the Website or its Parts and Services;
    6. Use the Website or its Services other than its intended purpose and in conformance with the acceptable policies of any computer networks, any applicable Internet standards and any other applicable laws;
    7. Interfere with another user’s utilization and enjoyment of the Website or its Parts and Services.
  4. Parents, Guardians and Students User Accounts

    Certain Parts or Services that may be made available on the Website may require creation of account by enrolling the student with The Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning. The Website will require you to provide personal data and other Parts and Services may require you to give a Username and Password.

    1. For Online Enrollment, the Enroll Now button must be used for Enrollment purpose of which users are to go through four (4) steps as follows:
      1. Registration of Student
      2. Parents and Guardian’s Information
      3. Online Submission of Documents
      4. Online Payment
    2. The Online Payment button may be used after student has been enrolled with The Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning for the School Year. The Online Payment Service shall be for the purpose of the following:
      1. Payment of Tuition and Total Fees Installment
      2. Payment of Old Accounts
      3. Other Payments, such as but not limited to, Books Payment, Uniform Payment, and other services
    3. For Online Payments thru the Online Payment Button and Enroll Now button, please make sure to indicate the name of the Student for which payment is made for.
    4. Following are acceptable modes of Online Payment thru the Online Payment button and Enroll Now button:
      1. Credit Cards
      2. Debit Cards
      3. Online Banking
      4. Over the Counter Facilities
      Kindly see the available facilities when you CLICK the desired payment button along with the policies and procedures for Online Payment.
    5. For those who wish to pay On Site or with the School’s payment counter, kindly Click Submit after accomplishing the Registration Form in the Enroll Now button. A confirmation code shall be sent to your email, which confirmation code must be presented to the School Cashier once you are going to pay for the enrollment.
  5. Submissions and Information

    By submission of information thru Registration, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the materials or information that you submit to the Website and/or provide to us, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments and suggestions. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us to the origin of any submissions. We may, but shall not be obliged to publish, remove or edit your submissions.

  6. Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

    The Services, the Website and Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. All data and/or information contained in our Website, or any of its Parts, Services or Materials are provided for informational purposes only.

  7. Intellectual Property
    1. Ownership. The Intellectual Property in and to the Website and the Materials are owned, licensed and controlled by The Thomas Aquinas Institute of Learning, and our service providers. We reserve the right to enforce this Intellectual Property to the fullest extent of the law.
    2. Restricted Use. No Part or Parts of the Website or any Materials may be reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, separated, altered, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked, mirrored, framed, transferred or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in information retrieval system or any servers, system or equipment without our prior written permission.
  8. Termination

    In our sole and absolute discretion, we may with immediate effect terminate the use of the Website and/or Services and/or disable student accounts. We may bar access to the Website and/or Services, or any part thereof, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of any of the Terms of Use if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any terms and conditions set out herein, or if in our opinion, it is not suitable to continue providing the services related the Website.
